The court found in favour of the Plaintiff: EMS PRODUCTION LIMITED (Dated: 6th March 2003) 

EMS would like to have the attention of all relative business companies: If your company has received dishonoured cheques from SUPERIOR TECHNOLOGY (HONG KONG) LIMITED.~Newton Ng Beng Kwan, together, with us(EMS), are a group of victims , take legal action for a fair judgment.

In the judgment of the trial, Her Honour Judge C.B. Chan stated that Newton Ng Beng Kwang was a wholly unreliable witness. Neither truthful nor credible was the impression formed. Newton Ng Beng Kwang also stated that he would lie his way out of a tight spot. On the other hand, (EMS)Ng Hung Kong was believed to be well intentioned and had the genuine and honest wish to rectify the situation.
